Writings from the Lee Side

The Lee Side of my family endowed me with "Lee Legs" (thanks, but no thanks), but also the privilege of being a Daughter of the American Revolution (if I ever wanted to pursue it...).  They are also useful AND aesthetically pleasing.  Moreover, since my Mother only had one brother, I can keep track very easily of her side of the family; I actually KNOW the names of all my maternal cousins.  Oh yes - AND most all of them have blogs or blurties or online diaries which I'll outline here:

Aunt Mary Ellen: She is a lovely Aunt, indeed.  And since I'm related to her by marriage (it's Uncle Chuck who's my Mother's Brother), she doesn't need to take ANY of the blame for the "Lee Legs."  I'm impressed by her writing and the fact that she's actually earned money (a total of $15 or so dollars, total, so far?) maintaining several blogs.  Here are the writings of MEL:

Erica: She is the youngest of my Lee cousins.  This does not mean, however, that she is a child.  Far from it, in fact - she is a college graduate.  I am OLD.  Her writings are found at:

Jennette: I will never tire of telling stories about when Jennette stayed with us several times as a tiny child (SOOOOO wee), and she wanted to be naked ALL THE TIME.  At one point my Mother finally let her get a slightly sunburned posterior.  That was FUNNY.  She stayed for a bit with my parents as an almost adult, and she kept her clothes on then.  But she was still FUNNY.  She is also far too grown-up for my comfort; she's married and works at what sounds like an actual career.  And she is working hard on fetus number one!  Here's her Blurty:

Heather: She is an attorney, which is just WRONG (because in my mind she should always be a small child...).  Actually, she and her husband have a most beauteous small child, Elena.  Heather's Blurty:

Ammon: Spouse of Heather.  He's a professor.  Don't even get me started on that.  There are entirely too many people up to ten or more years my junior who are professors.  A while back I worked with a couple of young professors (they were at least a couple years my junior and not only professors, but well-established, well-published, and British - not sure what that has to do with anything).  They were great friends, actually.  My only consolation was that one of them always came to me to figure out how remedy things in Microsoft Excel.  Here's his blog:
