The Authenticity of the Biblical Miracles
July 14, 2007
“The most serious doubt that has been thrown on the authenticity of the biblical miracles is the fact that most of the witnesses in regard to them were fishermen.”

Well, yeah. Because all fishermen are dubiously observant. I myself have known several dubiously observant fishermen. Why, they filled me with doubt. I don’t know why anyone could believe a fisherman. What’s with them, anyway? Fishing. As if. Quite fishy.
I’m starting to kill this one.
And I doubt any of them have actually caught any big fish. Big fishes are myths.
(stop me).
Maybe that’s why Christianity has adopted the symbol of the fish. Because it’s just a bunch of crackpot fishy-mythery.
As if.
(help).
But can you say ad hominem? Logical fallacy?
Who is Arthur Binstead? And where are his fish?
